Clementine's Pastries: cream puffs built on family recipes
MOUNT CLEMENS. Clementine's Pastries bakes from family recipes. Owner Melissa Lavender learned to bake as a kid, watching her grandmother work in the kitchen, and built the shop's cream puffs and other pastries from what she picked up there.
The family recipes are still the center of what the shop sells.
