Little Caesars Arena apartments: $80 million project, rents from $550
DETROIT. An $80 million redevelopment is turning a cluster of century old buildings near Little Caesars Arena into apartments. Some units will be set aside as affordable housing, starting at $550 a month.
More housing is planned for the area beyond this project.
