The Pitt: cast earns 13 Emmy acting nominations
HOLLYWOOD. HBO Max's medical drama "The Pitt" landed 13 acting nominations in this year's Emmy nominations, part of 25 nods for the show overall. Noah Wyle, Katherine LaNasa and Shawn Hatosy are back after winning best actor, supporting actress and guest actor for the show last year. Nearly a dozen of their castmates, playing doctors, nurses, interns and patients in the show's fictional Pittsburgh ER, picked up their first Emmy nominations alongside them.
"It feels really exciting to have more of my colleagues up on the board," LaNasa said.
Season one brought the show three acting nominations. All three won.
