Masonic Temple: candlelit concerts fill the Crystal Ballroom this year

DETROIT. The Detroit Masonic Temple, a 1,037-room building at 500 Temple St., finished in 1926, is hosting the Candlelight concert series in its Crystal Ballroom through the rest of 2026. The lineup runs from classical tributes to Vivaldi and Fleetwood Mac to contemporary covers of Drake, Coldplay and 90s hip-hop, with tickets starting around $32.

The Temple, the world's largest Masonic building at 16 floors, also books touring acts like Louis Tomlinson. There's no venue parking; District Detroit lots and metered street spots nearby are the options.
