Build a Scarecrow: Franklin's fall tradition returns Sept. 26
FRANKLIN. The Franklin Historical Society holds its Build a Scarecrow event Sept. 26, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Kreger barn, 26225 Carol Ave. Each scarecrow costs $10 and comes stuffed with straw, dressed in shirts, pants, hats, and faces off a clothesline of options.
Families who can't make it can order a Crow to Go kit and build one at home.
