Comerica Park reunion: Tigers fan's gift saved six lives

DETROIT. Andy Uyttenhove met the family of Colin Aronson for the first time at Comerica Park's Donate Life Night, July 24, during a Tigers Royals game. Aronson, a 25 year old from Lincoln Park, died in March. His pancreas went to Uyttenhove, and his other organs and tissue saved five more lives.

Aronson chose to become a donor at 16. His mother, Tricia, called seeing Uyttenhove healthy in front of her a beautiful thing.
