Connect Community Center: West Bloomfield breaks ground on $25 million rec center
WEST BLOOMFIELD. West Bloomfield broke ground July 15 on the Connect Community Center, a $25 million recreation center funded by a voter approved millage from August 2024. The new building will be four times the size of the current one, with a gymnasium, indoor pickleball and table tennis, and a dedicated senior programming space.
Architect Harley Ellis Devereaux designed the project, set to finish in 2028.
