Shelby Township flea market: free to browse, $20 to sell
SHELBY TOWNSHIP. The 16th annual flea market runs Saturday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Whispering Woods Kiwanis Park, off 21 Mile Road east of Van Dyke Avenue. Shopping is free. Vendors pay $20 for a 15-by-15-foot space if they reserve by July 22.
The Shelby Township Parks, Recreation and Maintenance Department runs the event. Sellers bring their own tables, chairs, and sun or rain cover, then register online at register.shelbytwp.org, by mail, or in person at 14975 21 Mile Road. Call (586) 731-0300 with questions.
